Waited almost an hour for my food (wrap).
The hostesses were drinking sodas behind the desks and entertaining a fellow employee who obviously was off for the day as she went behind the desk as well.
Finally I stated I no longer wanted my order and requested a refund.
Manager FINALLY showed up and asked if I would still like my order that he would get it for me now!
WHERE WAS HE AN HOUR AGO!!!!

I ordered the Hot BBQ WINGS. When i received the food it did not taste like Hot BBQ, It taste horrible. Imminently i told the waiter (a young woman) this is not what i wanted, i wish to change my order to a sweet BBQ wings. 9 minutes later my food arrives and it taste HORRIBLE. I couldn't believe how bad the two BBQ wing sauces taste. Lots of young kids entering and exiting the restaurant. Saturday nights are very busy.July 19, 2016
